The results were intriguing. After the tag rugby session, parents had lower insulin concentrations following a meal, suggesting their bodies were more efficient at managing blood sugar. Children showed improved working memory immediately after exercise, while parents demonstrated enhanced information processing for up to 45 minutes post-session.

While these findings are promising, we must interpret them with caution due to the small sample size and single-session nature of the study. However, they provide a compelling starting point for further exploration.
